Annie Hutchinson

July 19, 1981 — August 2, 2025

It is with profound sadness yet deep gratitude for a life well-lived that we announce the passing of Annie Lynn Hutchinson, born on July 19, 1981, in Alabama, who left this world on August 2, 2025. A true beacon of warmth and kindness, Annie's gentle spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. She was not just a neighbor but a cherished friend to many.

Annie was a radiant soul, known for her boundless love and her ability to embrace anyone who crossed her path. She was a caring mother to her two beloved sons, Nathan Hutchinson and Payton Letson, and relished her role as a grandma to her precious granddaughter, Natalie Hutchinson. Her nurturing spirit extended beyond her immediate family, as she lovingly took many under her wing, welcoming them into her home as one of her own.

A proud member of Millry Baptist Church, Annie was a pillar in her community, known for her open heart and willingness to welcome others into her life and home. She had a special talent for making everyone feel like family, often taking people under her wing with love and kindness. Annie found peace in the simple pleasures of life. A true card enthusiast, Annie found joy in lively games of rummy, spades, and hand and foot, often gathering loved ones around the table where laughter and love flourished.

Annie is survived by her sons, Nathan (Kimberly) Hutchinson and Payton Letson; her mother, Wanda June Whigham; her granddaughter, Natalie Ann Hutchinson; her brother, Michael Hutchinson; and a host of other beloved relatives and dear friends. Each of her loved ones will carry forward the legacy of kindness, love, and acceptance that defined Annie's life.

Friends and family are invited to join us in celebrating Annie's remarkable life during a Celebration of Life service. This heartfelt event will be held at Millry Baptist Church on August 6, 2025, at 4:00 PM. All are welcome to come together in remembrance, sharing stories and cherished memories, honoring the beautiful life Annie lived and the immeasurable love she shared.

Annie was preceded in death by her father, James Whigham and grandmother, Annie Marie Neese.
