It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Charles "Chuck" Edward Pritchett II, who left us on September 7, 2025, at the age of 53. Born on December 18, 1971, Chuck was a truly special individual who had a gift for making people laugh.
He was a simple man who found joy in the little things-especially the great outdoors. Whether he was hiking, biking, or taking long walks with his beloved dog, Winston, Chuck embraced life with a smile. Mornings were often spent sipping coffee and sharing stories with friends around town, with Winston happily trotting by his side.
Above all, Chuck cherished the time spent with his daughter, Chrissy. He enjoyed trying his hand at gardening, particularly planting sunflowers that brought a smile to Chrissy's face. His gentle spirit and infectious laughter will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Chuck is survived by his loving wife, Cindy Pritchett; daughter, Chrissy Pritchett; siblings, Tracey Winkler (Jon), Kristi Reimer (Mike), and Luke Pritchett (Jennifer); nieces and nephews, Will Bumpers, Steven Winkler, Jason Winkler, Dalia Farris, Cody Pritchett, and Izzy Pritchett; grandnieces and grandnephews, Caroline Bumpers, Charlotte Bumpers, Owen Winkler, Weston Farris, and Landon Charles Farris.
Chuck also leaves behind his sister-in-law, Cheryl Chapman (Barry); niece, Suzanne McElyea (Andy); nephews, James Chapman (Tori) and Jonathan Chapman (Kristen); grandnieces, Anna-Blaire and Bobbye-Sue McElyea; as well as numerous other relatives and dear friends.
He is predeceased by his parents, Charles and Sandra Pritchett.
A memorial service will be held to celebrate his life at Lathan Funeral Home on September 10, 2025, at 11:00 AM, following a public visitation from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. We invite all who knew Chuck to join us in honoring a man whose warmth and kindness touched so many lives.
