It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Charles Melton Garris, known as Chuck, or Chucky Love to everyone. Chuck loved the outdoors whether it was riding horses when he was younger to watching the deer in his front yard in his later years. He was often seen riding around Leroy in his pickup truck with his dog Suzy by his side. Chuck faced many battles in his life; with grit and stubbornness he faced them head on. He was not just a medical miracle but a biblical one, he will be remembered for his strength and determination through this life and onto the next. He is preceded in death by his parents Tom and Sally Garris, he is survived by his brother Bo (Kim) Garris, sister Mary Asher (Ed) Rivenbark, nephews Trey Garris, Whitt Rivenbark, and Ryn Rivenbark, nieces Mary Charles Rivenbark, and Mallie (Jared) Heck.
