David Hayes

David Anthony Hayes, age 53, born February 15, 1961, died December 25, 2014. Mr. Hayes was born in Mobile, AL and resided in Holly Pond, AL where he worked as a truck driver. He is preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Hayes; grandparents, Leonard W. & Laxie E. Howell and Lawrence & Rachel E. Hayes. Mr. Hayes is survived by his mother, Alice E. Howell Hayes; three sisters Glendean Harris, Debra Webb and Rena' King; four brother, Eugene Hayes, Billy Hayes, Lavon Hayes and Mitchell Hayes; 12 nieces and nephews; 14 great nieces and great nephews; as well as numerous other relatives and friends. Mr. Hayes will be fondly remembered as a simple may who lived a simple life and loved his family dearly.




Services for Mr. Hayes will be held Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at Clearwater Assembly of God, Wagarville, AL. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm with the funeral at 2:00 pm. Bro. Jimmy Butts will be officiating the service. Interment will follow in Jones-Beech-Hayes Cemetery, Hobson, AL. Online condolences may be left at www.lathanfuneralhomes.com.
