Edward Allen

Edward Wayne Allen, 67, of Thomasville, AL, died Friday, October 10, 2014 at his residence. Graveside funeral services will be Sunday, October 12, 2014 at Rockville Baptist Church Cemetery at 2:00 PM. Dr. Kenneth W. Fields will officiate.


A native of Chickasaw, AL, Mr. Allen had resided in Thomasville for several years. He was a proud veteran of the United States Army where he was honorably discharged as a Sergeant and a member of Liberty Baptist Church. Mr. Allen was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie and Mamie Allen and his brother, W.C Allen.


He is survived by his son, Christopher Edward Allen (Jennifer), his daughter, Jennifer Nichole Stabler (Troy) all of Thomasville, AL, a brother, Richard Allen (Beverly) of Jamestown, ND, a sister, Joanne Allen Flowers (Buddy) of Demopolis, AL, and five grandchildren, Dylan, Adyson, Jami, Maddux, and Daniel.
