Evelyn Miller

Evelyn M. Miller, 80, of Millry, formerly of Jackson, passed away on July 6, 20204, at her home. She was born August 6, 1943, to parents John and Francis Morgan. Evelyn lived in Jackson, worked at Vanity Fair, and later retired from The Meadows Assisted Living. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Roy Miller, and daughter Shiela Jones.

Survived by her daughter Shannon Miller, grandchildren Cheston (Leeann) Jones, Falon Jones, great grandchildren Hunter and Jack Preston, and other extended family members and loving friends.

Graveside services will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at Gainestown United Methodist Church Cemetery with Bro. Bill Dortch officiating and Lathan Funeral Home directing.
