Henry Daniels

Henry Morgan Daniels, 77, of Jackson, passed away November 11, 2017 at Jackson Medical Center. He was born January 22, 1940 to Porter B. and Carrie Daniels. A loving father and grandfather, he was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving stateside during the Vietnam Conflict a member of the SWAT team and sharpshooter. He retired from both Ciba-Geigy and PowerSouth and enjoyed spending time fishing.



He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Deannie Ingram.



He is survived by his wife, Margaret P. Daniels; son, Stephen (Janene) Daniels; grandchildren, Anna Daniels, Carrie Daniels; brother, Wallace Daniels; sister-in-law, Daphne Boone and brother-in-law, Roy Ingram.



Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at First United Methodist Church of Jackson with the Revs. Jim DuFriend and Alan Gantzhorn officiating. Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m.



Pallbearers will be Michael Whitehead, Jr., Joseph Boone, Jr., Frank Harwell, Colby Harwell, Jeff Savage and Donald Richardson.
