Jan Morgan

Jan L. Morgan, 72 of Jackson, passed away November 16, 2018 at her residence. She was born August 4, 1946 to Joe Clarence Coxwell and Bertha Atchison Coxwell.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Lynette Coxwell and granddaughter, Leah Everett.
She is survived by her husband, John G. Morgan; daughter, Gina (Larry) Powell; brother, Joe "Joey" (Patty) Coxwell; grandchildren, Lauren Johnson (Andy) Slayton, Lindsey (Randall) Overstreet, Colton Powell; great-grandchildren, Kinley Taylor, Justin Slayton, Sawyer Overstreet; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 am. on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at Rockville Baptist Church with Bro. Mark Dunn officiating. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Gainestown United Methodist Church with Lathan Funeral Home directing.
Pallbearers will be Larry F. Powell, Sr., Larry F. Powell, Jr., Randall Overstreet, Colton Powell, Andy Slayton and Anthony Jackson.
