Laurice Beech

Laurice Ard Beech, 87, of Tibbie, passed away January 17, 2019 at her residence. She was born January 19, 1931 to Charlie Albert Ard and Emily Alabama Andrews Ard. A member of Hobson Assembly of God Church, she had been employed as a quality manager with Vanity Fair. She enjoyed fishing, attending church and housekeeping chores.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Emmett Wilson Beech and brothers, Albert Ard and Charles Ard.

She is survived by her children, Doug (Vicki) Odom, Pat Gartman; siblings, Dee (Narville) Loper; four grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Sunday, January 20, 2019 at Hobson Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Steve Foster officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow the service at Jones-Beech Cemetery in Hobson with Lathan Funeral Home directing.

Pallbearers will be Chris Odom, Scott Loper, Tim Ard, Kenny Carter, D.J. Griffing and Michael Griffing.
