Lillie Anderson

Lillie Earline Anderson, 90, of Gainestown, passed away on June 13, 2023, at her daughter's home in Bryan, TX. She was born on September 17, 1932 in Alma, AL, to parents Harry and Sophie Overstreet Marshall. She worked at Vanity Fair and enjoyed attending church, cooking, gardening, and her family.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband Kenneth Anderson, son Johnny Tolbert & sister Betty Griffin.

Survived by her children David (Sue) Tolbert of Jackson, AL; James Tolbert of Jackson, AL; Dorothy (David) McIntyre of Bryan, TX; Harry (Carol) Tolbert of Irvington, AL; Larry (Alice) Tolbert of Salipta, AL; & Denise (Terry) Glidewell of Flint, TX; and sister Shirley (Olen) Smith of Crestview, FL; 14 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and loving friends.

Pallbearers will be: Tommy Windham, Wayne McIntyre, Terry Glidewell, Toodie Windham, Leo Anderson, and Woodie Parnell.

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 am on Friday, June 23, 2023, at Perry's Chapel United Methodist Church in Gainestown with a visitation one hour prior to services at the church. Bro.
