Louise Bolen

Louise Carlisle Bolen, 72, of Grove Hill and formerly of Coffeeville, passed away Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at Mobile Infirmary. She was born March 12, 1947 to Obed B. Carlisle and Minnie Lee Freeman Carlisle in Gilbertown. She was a member of Springfield Methodist Protestant Church, and she was employed at several different rewarding occupations during her working years.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Joe Bolen.

She is survived by her siblings, Byron (Florene) Carlisle, Jr., Voncile (Johnnie) Newsome, Janice (Benny) Arnold, Lynn (Doug) Hutto and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Friday, August 9, 2019 at Lathan Funeral Home in Grove Hill with the Revs. Nate Ballard and Benny Crawford officiating. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow the service in Coffeeville Town Cemetery with Lathan Funeral Home directing.

Pallbearers will be Daniel Wilson, Roy Carlisle, Zachary Kiracofe, Joseph Kiracofe, Tyler Hutto and John Tyler Newsome.
