Marsha Walker

June 13, 1957 — May 17, 2021

Marsha Noble Walker, 63, of Jackson, passed away Monday, May 17, 2021 at Jackson Medical Center. She was born in Jackson on June 13, 1957 to Chet Noble and Rebekah McClure Noble. She was a history teacher at Jackson Middle School, but she had taught all grades from kindergarten through eighth grade. She attended church at First Presbyterian Church of Jackson and enjoyed flower gardening, cooking, reading, and especially spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father and brother, Ed Noble.
She is survived by her mother; children, Kim (Matt) Dunnam, Clay (Danielle) Walker; grandchildren, Avery Dunnam, Mattie Dunnam, Wyatt Walker; siblings, Janet (Spec) McCants, Sam (Frances) Noble, Tom (Suzanne) Noble, Frank (Molly) Noble; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 21, 2021 at First Presbyterian Church in Jackson with the Rev. Taylor Morgan officiating and Lathan Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. at the church.
