Mary Faye Wynn Meadows, 57, passed away June 1, 2026 at her home in Laurel, MS. Faye was born at Jackson Medical Center in Jackson, AL on April 4, 1969 to Wanda Manos and the late William Wynn.

Fay was a graduate of Washington County High School in Chatom, AL and was a member of Providence Baptist Church in Laurel, MS.

Faye was outgoing and loved to make people laugh. She loved children and babysitting. Most of all she loved to help people in her community. Faye loved flowers, daises were her favorite. She also enjoyed reading, being with her animals, and watching the sun set.

Fay is survived by her husband, Willie Meadows of Laurel, MS; daughter, Betty Leanne (Timothy) Morrison of Mississippi; mother, Wanda (William) Manos of Jackson, AL; brother, Ray (Donna) Wynn of Jackson, AL; sisters, Tammy Wynn of Chatom, AL and Cathy (James) Beech of Jackson, AL; step-brothers, William Perry and Randy Wynn; step-sister, Ada Marie Wynn; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Fay was preceded in death by her father, William "Billy" Wynn; brother, Vernon O'Neil Wynn; maternal grandparents, the Rev. Lloyd and Alma Hutchinson; and paternal grandparents, William and Arra Wynn.

Services will be held Friday, June 5, 2026 at New Hope United Methodist Church in Frankville, AL. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. with the funeral service to begin at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. Chris Giles officiating. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Glen Griffith, Willie Hutchinson, James Cupit, Tyler Weaver, Clarence Beech, and John Beech.
