Mary Reynolds

Mary A. Reynolds, 72, of Chatom passed away June 3, 2023, at her home. She was born December 28, 1950, to parents Frank Odell and Annie Bell Vickers. Mary was originally from Texas, she met her husband Pete Reynolds and later moved to Chatom, where she called home. Mary loved the outdoors, fishing, watching the birds, her garden, and always cheering on the Alabama Football team. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, she will be missed.

Preceded in death by her husband Simmie (Pete) Reynolds, parents, and brothers Angus Odell Vickers, Floyd Lee Vickers, John Coleman Vickers, James Allen Vickers, Kenneth Wayne Vickers, Jerry Ray Vickers, Lewis Norman Vickers.

Survived by her son Carl Richardson, daughters Tammy (William) Heathcock and Tiffany (James) Chatom, grandchildren Dylan Richardson, Jaden Heathcock, Kaydance Heathcock, Alyssa Heathcock, Evan Heathcock, Jordan Heathcock, Destiny Roberts, Dakota Roberts, great grandchild Kaden Richardson, brothers Kelly Joe Vickers, and Robert Henry Vickers, and many other nieces, nephews, and loving friends.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Bevels, Dakota Roberts, Johnathan Brewer, KaCee Harvison, Grant Harvison, and Kevin Singleton. Honorary Pallbearers Jimmy Carpenter, Bobby Lafollette, JJ (Johnny) Brewer, and Dalton Richardson.

Funeral Services will be at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at Reynolds Holiness Church in Chatom with a visitation one hour prior to services. Bro. Greg Morris officiating and Lathan Funeral Home directing. Online condolences may be shared at www.lathanfuneralhome.com
