Mrs. Earline Gill

Earleane Sullivan Gill, 88, of Citronelle, passed away August 6, 2017 at her residence. She was born in Washington County on February 2, 1929 to D.R. and Mattie Sullivan. Although she was primarily a homemaker, she was employed for some time by Citronelle First Baptist Church where students referred to her affectionately as "Granny Gill."



She was preceded in death by her parents and husband of 65 years, James B. Gill.



She is survived by her children, Louise (Jerry) George of Newport, TN, Bonnie (Bobby) Willman of Citronelle, Nell (Len) Williams of Wilmer; grandchildren, Michael (Melissa) George of Austin, TX, Lisa (Donald) Jordan of Citronelle, Jamie (Kim) Willman of Citronelle, Ashley (Daniel) Walzak of Wilmer, Blake Williams of Wilmer; 12 great-grandchildren and devoted cousin, Stella Howard of Tibbie.



Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at Georgetown Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Chris Summerlin officiating. Interment will follow at Lott Cemetery in Wilmer with Lathan Funeral Home directing.



Pallbearers will be Michael George, Jamie Willman, Blake Williams, Grant Adkins, Troy Willman and Ben Walzak.
