Patricia Counselman

Patricia Jean Blair Counselman, 77, of Jackson, died April 18, 2023. Patricia was born August 24, 1945 to Homer L. and Sally C. Blair in Memphis, TN. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Jackson where she was proudly involved with the WMU. Patricia worked as a nurse for over 30 years but will be remembered by most who knew her as a patient, kind, and loving woman.

Patricia is survived by her devoted husband of 41 years, Roger D. Counselman; children, Roger Neil (Deby) Counselman and David Wayne Counselman; grandchildren, Justin, Chasity, Mary, Blair and Tony and 6 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Homer & Sally, as well as her aunt Virginia and uncle Walter Couture.

A memorial service will be held Monday, April 24, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Lathan Funeral Home, Jackson with Bro. Brian Jemison officiating. Visitation will begin one hour prior. Online condolences may be shared at www.lathanfuneralhome.com.
