Rada Jones

Rada Milstead Jones, 81, of Jackson passed away August 29, 2018 at her residence. She was born June 6, 1937 to John Oscar Milstead and Kitty Clyde Moseley Milstead. A homemaker, she was also a member of the Jackson Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, John C. Milstead and Estelle Hodge.
She is survived by her husband, Herschel "Doat" Jones; children, Cliff (Terri) Jones, Tim Jones, Cindy Jones; grandchildren, Rory Jones, Leslie Jones, Bonnie Baugh, Sarah (A.J.) Williams, Jessie (Johnathan) Cole, Austin Eargle, Brent (Ellie) Jones, Amber (Sean) Rupard, Noah Jones; 11 great-grandchildren with two more on the way and sister, Vergie Hodge.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Friday, August 31, 2018 at Lathan Funeral Home in Jackson with Bros. Van VanSandt, James VanSandt and Brian Gentle officiating. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens in Jackson with Lathan Funeral Home directing.
