Ralph Deason

Ralph Martin Deason, 81, of Grove Hill, passed away on January 8, 2023, at his home. He was born November 2, 1941, in Brent, Alabama to parents JC and Gertha Morrison Deason. Ralph retired from Alabama Electric Cooperative after many years of maintaining power lines in Clarke and Washington counties. Ralph loved the outdoors; he was good with his hands and loved to build things. He enjoyed spending time with his wife in their yard planting and gardening, his favorite spot was on his back porch drinking coffee. He loved his family and friends dearly, he will be missed.
Preceded in death by his parents, his brother Alan Deason,and sisters Mary Elizabeth Soich, Billie Loyless, Sybil Gordon.
Survived by his wife of 58 years Ruby Simmons Deason, son Anthony Martin Deason, daughter Rhonda Kay Deason.
