Ruby Deas

Ruby Lee Moseley Deas, 80, of Mobile passed away April 26, 2018 at Providence Hospital. She was born July 24, 1937 to Massey and Fannie Mae Moseley.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joyce Harvey Deas and siblings, Massey Moseley, Jr., Dorothy Baker, Robbie Granade and Annie Mae Howard.
She is survived by her sons, Gregory Joel (Leigh) Deas of Foley, Harvey Gerald (Theresa) Deas of Anaconda, MT; grandchildren, Heather (Chris) Harkness of Washington, D.C., Heath Deas of Mandeville, LA, Caleb (Brandy) Deas of Millry, Nicole (James) Vickers of Wilmer; great-grandchildren, Cole Harkness, Chase Harkness, Grayson Deas, Alex Vickers, Britton Deas, Evalyn Vickers and siblings, Joseph Moseley, Sr., Hiriam Moseley, Julia Williams, John Moseley, Flora Johnson, Mildred Sheffield and Mary Ruth Napper.
A graveside service will be conducted on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. at Faith Walker Cemetery in St. Stephens with the Rev. Irby Weaver officiating. A visitation will be conducted at Lathan Funeral Home from 12-1 p.m.
Pallbearers will be Joel Deas, Gerald Deas, Richard Deas, Heath Deas, Caleb Deas and Johnny Moseley.
Honorary pallbearers will be Emory Johnson and Joey Moseley.
