Sandra Stolzle

Sandra R. Stolzle, 61, of Whatley, passed away June 6, 2018, at Grove Hill Memorial Hospital. She was born November 1, 1956 to Cecil Roper and Virginia "June" Finney. An avid fan of Auburn football, she also enjoyed collecting angels and spending time with her grandchildren. She loved horses, dogs and deer, and she was a member of Amity Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father; step-father, Shields Finney, Sr.; children, Robert Augusta "Little Bobby" Moore, Megan Ann Moore and sister, Margaret Gates.
She is survived by her mother; husband, David Stolzle; son, Christopher Cole (Carmen) Plaisance; grandchildren, Kaylee Moore, Gabbie Moore, Kody Gibson, Jayce Plaisance and siblings, Cecilia Ann (Doug) Trammel, Shannon (Kelli Ann) Finney, Shields(Aimee) Finney, Jr., Sheila (Larry) Wheat, Kathy (Buddy) Hughes and Karen (Boyd) Turnbow.
A memorial service will be conducted at 6 p.m. on Friday, June 8, 2018 at Lathan Funeral Home in Grove Hill with the Rev. Renea Henderson officiating and Lathan Funeral Home directing. Visitation will begin on hour prior to the service.
