Terry Bailey

Terry Sheffield Bailey, 70, passed away July 9, 2025. Terry was born October 27, 1954 to Richard and Mary Jean Sheffield. The majority of her life was spent in Fulton where she was a member of Fulton Baptist Church. Terry was proud to have worked for the United States Postal Service for more than 19 years. She was a kind and selfless woman who gave of herself freely. Above all, Terry adored her family.

Terry is survived by her husband of 52 years, David A. "Woody" Bailey; children, James Bailey and Staci Leigh Bailey Finney; grandchildren, Rachel Leigh Finney, Richard Evin Finney, and Randall James Finney; sister, Shelby Melton; nephew, Michael Joe Sollie; and special friends, Sandra Fendley and Debbie Jones.

Private services will be held at a later date.
