Virginia Burge

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Virginia Woodyard Gill Burge, beloved wife, mother, and MawMaw, who left this world peacefully on November 15, 2025, at the age of 92.

A funeral service will be held for Virginia at Lathan Funeral Home on November 17, 2025, at 11:00 AM, following a public visitation that will start at 10:00 AM. Friends and family are invited to come together to celebrate her incredible life and share their loving memories. Virginia will be laid to rest on the same day, as her family honors her legacy of love and joy. Interment will follow in Old Leroy Baptist Cemetery, Leroy.
