Virginia Sheffield

Virginia Marie Sheffield, 84, a native of Houston, MS and long time resident of Jackson, AL, passed away peacefully Friday, August 21, 2020. She was born October 21, 1935 to the late Leon Curtis and Ida Davis Neal. Ms. Sheffield was a member of Visitation Catholic Church and the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW. She enjoyed reading poetry, watching Jeopardy and spending time with her family especially paying Yahtzee.
Ms. Sheffield is preceded in death by her parents, four siblings and one grandson.
She is survived by her children, Jackie (Steve) Bradley, Ginger (Kent) Gatlin and Jean (Greg) Allsup, grandchildren; Chris, Shawn, Ben, Ginny, Melissa (Roy), Matthew, Neal, and Mark. Great grandchildren, two siblings as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
