William Felton

**UPDATED SERVICE INFORMATION**

Services will be held Wednesday, March 13, 2024. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Lathan Funeral Home, Jackson. Graveside service will follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens at 12:15 p.m. with Bro. Mike Ballard officiating.

William Richard Felton, III, affectionately known as Bill, died at 88 years of age. Bill was born September 20, 1935 to William R. Jr. and Mearl G. Felton. Bill was a kind man with simple taste who enjoyed a good conversation.

Bill is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Betty M. Felton; granddaughter, Jessica Rebecca Sykes; sisters, Julia Felton Edwards and Barbara Felton Toler as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Ray Jack Felton and Larry Thomas Felton; sisters, Patricia Fay Felton and Rose Felton Hawley.
